SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer 4-7 business day shipping services to specific zip codes in Orange County, Los Angeles County for a single flat rate of $58.62 and for North California for $119 and Nevada for $129. Please contact us to get exact delivery cost for your area .

 

 

Choose from Delivery Options

    1) Room of Choice

    Upgrade to Room of Choice delivery, and we will make sure your packages are not only inside your home but carried to the room of your choice. We will also carry items upstairs – ideal for apartment and condo dwellers.

    Requirements:

    • Street access of at least 10 feet wide
    • Street overhead clearance of at least 14 feet
    • Street with no vehicle weight restrictions
    • Stairways, doorways, hallways & turns at least 36 in. wide



    2) Room + Assembly 

    With our top tier delivery service, we will deliver right to your room of choice and place your item just where you want it. We will also assemble your item as your request with extra cost.

     

    Requirements:

    • Street access of at least 10 feet wide
    • Street overhead clearance of at least 14 feet
    • Street with no vehicle weight restrictions
    • Stairways, doorways, hallways & turns at least 36 in. wide
    • Existing furniture should be moved by delivery recipient

    Delivery conditions outside of the above guidelines including, but not limited to, sharp turns, narrow or gravel driveways, and gated communities or condominiums require additional handling services and fees. If any of these apply, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1- (888) 601-9788.

    Upon Delivery

    Before you sign, inspect your delivery for accuracy and damage. If there's light damage to the packaging, please note on the delivery paperwork. If you suspect there could be damage to the product, ask for a copy of the delivery receipt with the carrier's name and truck number, refuse the item, and contact Customer Care.

    If you discover damages after the delivery is made, contact Customer Care within 24 hours otherwise we do not accept your claims.

    *** Due to COD-19 outbreak we will not touch or move your furniture and we will not take back your cardboard or your old furniture. our workers have right to refuse service if customers don't ware mask or the location is not safe to offer the service provided by us. If you choose assembly service you need to make sure the assembly area is clear and has enough space for our workers to assemble your products if not we only give you 15 minutes to clear the area otherwise we will refuse the service and you still will get charge for it.
